That it would be faster than that. The E36 M3 EVO 321hp did it in 8:20 and im 100% sure that BMW with 80,000km of "Ring" testing would make it faster than the last M3. But 8:20 is a very good time still, the F355 does it in 8:18 and M5 also on 8:20.
