Actually, I have a 2001 coming in about a month, black on black, at MSRP. Not sure I want it, though, as I think I need a daily driver that I can also carry kids in - and have a hell of a lot of fun. So I am M3 cab bound.

Question is, do I get the s2000 in a month, drive it till spring/summer when the M3 cab comes in (I'm # 4 on list at mid-size dealer), then sell it? Will I lose lots of money, or will I break even? Or should I just let someone have the car and save $ till the M3 comes in?

Frankly, I'm not going to sell my spot for bucks, 'cause I think that kind of maneuver is for assholes. If I decide to punt the s2000, let me know if you're interested. You could have the spot in that situation (just reimburse the $500 deposit).
