It's carbon black. The flash from the photographs show how the "black" looks sort of "blueish" in bright lighting conditions. It looks the same as the M5 Carbon Black...

Is that really CARBON BLACK? Looks like MIDNIGHT BLUE. Beautiful color never the less. Was going to get Jet Black, but I think I'll reconsider now!
