Sunroof - questions. (archive)

I'm thinking of going w/o a sunroof on the e46. I have it now and rarely use it on my e36 M3. Asside from saving $, I've heard that the overall car is stiffer w/o the sunroof and others like the cleaner look from the outside. Some people like the extra headroom - not an issue for me. My questions:
1 - Does it really make the car any stiffer (not having it)?
2 - Does it save any weight (not having it) ?
3 - Will this be a problem (no sunroof) when I resell the car?
