Comparing a 323 to the S4, sure buddy. The S4 is one hell of a car. Its funny, the S4 sure felt right to me. Not as good as my M3, but far better than a 323.

yup i test drove an s4 today... hmm the transmission is ok... i like the 6 speeds, but a lil more notchy than the bmw... as for the steering, s4 has nothing on the bmw... sure it might take turns a bit better, but there is absolutely no road feel... i still like my 323, and if it was a stick, i would say that it was better than an s4... sure the s4 is faster, but it just doesn't feel right
