In terms of handling, fun to drive, I like the 3 series chassis alot of more than the Audi. Steering are very precise much better than the S4, FR layout which made oversteer very easy to induce. If you put power to the side, 3 series is a better driver's car no matter it is a 328/323/330/M3 or even the 330d.
