Some people seemed to be arguing about top speed. Not that most of us will ever see it anyways, but here's my thoughts. Force due to air resistance increases with air density, which increases as temps drop. Engine power will drop as temps rise and density drops but this will be a near linear change, while air resistance will decrease, varied with the square.

So, whatever the top speed is at 0 celcius, at 30 celcius I'd say another 16 KPH or 10 MPH are reasonably possible, maybe more. I've also experienced this with my own car and cycling on very hot days vs cold days on top-speed runs.
