the only thng we know so far is the there is GONNA BE A GT and that it will mark BMW's return to German Touring Car Racing. Now this is a tricky part. Most cars, including the CLK55 DTM(main rival)are running V8s or turbos and it most be availabled for street use. BMW already said that the GT is lighter and more powerful. Lighter and more powerful??? this is were all those rumors are running around. What's a better way to loose weight, become more powerful, and beating those V8 CLKs??? by sticking the M5 V8 engine in. Now remember, the M5 V8 motor is much lighter because its an alum.block, and this would definitely boost HP. If any of this is true, count me being the first on the list.

Anyone got any firm news about the GT version of the new M3. All the car magazines in the Uk say It'll be released in about a years time. Its supposed to be even more powerful about 370bhp, have a stripped out interior, quicker steering rack and bigger spoilers to increase downforce, in short the ultimate driving machine. If anyone knows anything let us know.
