Hmmm. Interesting perspective. I was not aware that state law applied that way. I'm a strong
advocate of the concept that your deposit is there to allow _you_ to buy a car. If you don't want
the car, you can take your deposit back.

Any system that works any other way will result in what we're seeing - scalpers with no intention of
actually buying cars for themselves camping the lists.

Just say no to Scalpers.

And yes, it may be that in some states their actions are completely legit. They are free to
scalp, and I am free to call them slime.
