okay of all these options which one is the most durable

Take a look at a 95 M3 with the alcantara/cloth option. I saw one with 65k miles on the odometer and the seats looked brand new (I am NOT kidding). I want the alcantara/cloth rather than the standard leather/cloth because the leather won't wear as well as the alcantara will. If I can't get alcantara/cloth, I will try to get all alcantara.
