Brakes are VERY VERY important in a track like Nurburgring. And BMWNA didn't put those real rotors on E46 M3 because of the poseur idiots that would inevitably ended up buying the new M3.

Think about the number of people who balk at the $120 a pair solid vented crap rotor on the E36 M3, and the people who turn their warped rotors. News flash, once you warped your vented rotor, it's time to buy new ones. This is no Ford Escort rotor.

No matter, they are direct bolt on's and I am sure Nick Alexander will be carryin them once the E46 M3 goes on sale. Hell they sell the E36 flaoting rotor now for about $180 a pair... And if you can't afford that, you (not directed at anyone in particular) most certainly can't afford the E46 M3.
