I understand that the dealers will not know how many m3's there going to get. No one from BMWNA tells the dealer how many they will recieve during the model year. How many they will recieve is based on their overall volume. Dealers recieve notice by computer when they have an order number and production date.This can come at any time of the month. Then they order the car to there or customers specifications. This is what I was told by salesmanager at Taylor BMW. Also, the first m3 sent to the dealer might show up sent the way BMWNA options. This is what I've been told. Any opinions, I'd like to hear them.

They got allocations for some but not all models for January. No news on m3. Salesman says allocation #'s are usually staggered over a few days.
