If you have been in an E-46 coupe then you already have a sense for the dimensions. As I have mentioned previously that the car I was in was pre-production so I don't know if the materials used are final. However this car had the "satin" aluminum trim like the M5. Shifter is a shorter throw than the coupes but easy to adjust to and very smooth. Clutch is stiffer than the coupes but surprisingly easier to modulate than the 3-series. The steering wheel is perhaps the fattest I have ever wrapped my mitts around. Like a MoMo sport only classier image(not "boy racer" like). As for intrumentation, Layout is the same as the other 3's except for the digtally adjustable Tachometer. The seats are larger in bolster as to be expected but once again not too extreme. All in all The masters at BMW have managed to change the interior enough to make it different with out losing the familiarity that we already have with it.

Thanks
