While there is nothing leagaly BMW can do about a dealer selling a demo because the car is theirs, they (BMW) can and do screw them in allocation and other "back door" ways, this in turn heavly discourges selling the demo. So getting back on topic, why not discourage BMW dealers from selling cars abouve M.S.R.P. by just applying the same punishments as they do for the Demo selling?
