I dunno if you knew this, but Jon is a LONG time contributer to ALL bimmer.org boards, and he is our (pardon the phrase) "inside man", because he actually WORKS at a BMW dealer. Nothing against you, but perhaps you should just calm down a bit. Geez, I wonder if BMW knows the wait for their car is causing insanity among enthusiasts. Think there's a chance for a trial? Hell, most of you are in the US, nothing out of the ordinary to your justice system... :)
