I believe a car enjoys to be driven - with my E36 (3.2ltr 228Kw) 4dr M3 I took it easy for about 150km's then had the bugger pinned up to the red line in 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th and was running her at 220km/h - beautiful. When I run her against other stock M3's at race meetings and other gatherings she always does better than the other ones.

I have had this same philosophy with all my cars - if you hammer your car she enjoy's it and rewards you accordingly. Yes the wear and tear is more apparent but that's what motorplan is for.
