if you look closely,the front wheelflairs/arches come above the crease on the front fender.The e46's in production now have that crease uninterrupted. The picture just gives a larger look to the flair IMO. Also as I stated on the other board,this spy photo also shows the hood lines widening out towards the A-pillars which mimics the E46 M3 hood lines.Either this spy photo says that upcoming 3-series will try to look more aggressive or it could have been a prototype for an M3 sedan!Who knows for sure at this point until official pics are released by BMW.
