1. BMW is releasing the M3 with known quality problems to the ROW but not to the US until said problems are corrected? Isn't that shafting the ROW?
2. With the current relationship between the US dollar and the Euro, BMW should be LOWERING the price of the M3, not raising it (which would be a mistake with the current financial situation in place).
3. To date, all data has pointed towards a MSRP of around $45K - $46K. A MSRP of "under $50K" is only a $3K - $4K increase. In any event, I look forward (if your information is true) to hearing BMW's justification of this (considering that they provided the ballpark numbers for all the publications).
4. If this info is true and we have to wait even longer and have to pay even more then the Audi S4 (at around $39,500 RIGHT NOW) is looking pretty damn appealing.
