1. M3 has been delivered, to my knowledge, in Germany, Spain and France. Would BMW deliver an imperfect car in Europe and not in the US?

2. I assume that BMW, like most modern industrial and engineering companies, has some sort of quality certification, ISO or whatever. They would not release a car in Europe that cannot be released in the US... and believe me, the car is released in Europe.

3. Demo cars are available at many European dealers. Mine has 4 of them and I have seen, touched at sat on them - will be driving one on official presentation in Luxembourg in 3 weeks.

4. If you go to the motoring section of any magazine news stand in Europe, you will see the M3 all over the cover - and these are not Jerez pictures, I have seen it with german, french, spanish plates. Alone, compared to Viper, compared to RS4 and CLK55AMG, compared to C2 and RS4 in upcoming 4 Jan issue of Moniteur Automobile... Why would BMW allow all these tests to be published if the do not intend to release the car?

Now, if BMW is such a stupid company that is delivering cars in Europe which still have problems, disregarding its quality certifications, allowing test drives and magazine presentations for a car they do not intend to sell... well, let's sell short its shares before the market finds out about it, and with the extra $$ I am sure we will be able to afford 996tts and Modenas.
