Anyway, here are my observations:
- Imola red is very nice and I don't usually like red
- Cab had a black leather interior with black trim instead of faux alu trim. Appeared a little drab. Alu would look better.
- Seats! both cab and coupe seats were power adjustible and EQUALLY very supportive. Cab had power telescoping headrest with integrated seat belt guides which moved in unison - very nice. M3 embossed on headrest.
- Rear seats. I'm 5'10" with a heavy build and i just fit into the back seats of both cars. Coupe has about 1/2" more headroom and Cab loses about 2-3in in width on both sides to accomodate cab top. I did this test with a friend of mine sitting in normal driving position in the front seat - He is 6'2
- Dimensions of the Cab interior seem to be identical to that of the 325/330 Cab at the show. Absolutely no problem fitting 2 adults 5'10 or less in back with 6'ers in the front.
- Trunk of Cab can hold only one set of clubs and you'd better be using a carry bag. Trunk lost usable space with the 'box' lowered for cab top.
- Cab has no trunk lid spoiler - wouldn't make sense anyway
- If you go ask for the M3 Cab brochures, they were not giving them away readily and it has some nice pictures in it. It also stated that estimated 0-60 is about 5.0 sec.
Anyway, I'm really excited now and my friends who went with me are as well - since they know I will be able to go cruising with at least 3 of them.
BTW. That LSB colour looked awful in the lighting at the show, although I suspect that it won't look good in any sort of light. It looks exactly like the smurf colour of my daugthers smurf toys.
