DC's poll indicates only 3% favor white. I'd pick it because: 1) easier to keep clean than dark colors here in often rainy Oregon; 2) no metallic paint upcharge; 3) highly visible (i.e. "safe") color, but doesn't attract the law; 4) will probably be less common than other colors. The downside is body contours don't show up as well. I may go with Cinnamon/Aluminum (aftermarket aluminum?) interior to warm it up.
