And YES, BMW can still learn from Lexus in term of reliability & service.
You always get another Lexus as loaner instead of neons or some junkie Ford. (Well, some BMW dealers are already learning.)
Reliability, Lexus is still ahead of BMW. (Btw, I'm going to dealer to check out some strange noises, something broke again, I think)
I guess ES300 would be perfect for someone who just wants a reliable, somewhat luxury automobile.
Different from what BMW build their cars for.
