I've been waiting 21 months now. I couldn't do it, but if you could slide down the list and wait for an '02, I'm sure it would be good for the reasons you cite. The gas guzzler tax kind of pisses me off, but the price is about where I expected it. The only way you can spend $56k is to get every option, and that includes gas guzzler + luxury taxes. I still think it promises to be a good value for the money. And potential initial quality problems don't overly concern me. Wait if you can, though!
