Ok guys, I am down to it...I have but a few short days to decide if I am going to step up to the plate on the M3. We are #1 at our dealer, March/April delivery - MSRP. I have until tuesday to select the final options. Life should be so bad, I know. BUT, Those pesky M5s are depreciating to the point where they are viable alternatives. I have had offerd to me several in the low 60s...with a bit of haggling I could pick one up for the high 50s. With taxes, guzzler, lux tax, options (etc, etc) the M3s will be the same money. I know there are differences..4 door vs 2...one handles better than the other..but, at the end of the day the M5 may be the best long termer...and being that its a 70-75K car when its new...will certainly be rarer...Any thoughts would help and if any of you would be interested in our spot let me know. BTW, I posted this query on the M5 board as well so forgive me if this is a repeat for you.
