I believe if you got your deposit slip and you were one of the people to go ahead and get your stats written and signed by a representative you should have no problems. As in your receipt shows your position as #X and thus I don't think they can just push you down the list. Most likely no one has gone through the 5 mins or so it takes to get this all legalized so your dealership is taking advantage of it. I would definetily notify BMWNA regardless of how this turns out for you. I know if it happended to me I would be p'd-off beyond words, so I kind of sympathize. As far as I am concerned though this is total crap and no prospective car buyer should have to deal with this wether in be a BMW, Porsche, or pinto.

I was recently informed by my salesman that the owner of teh dealership that i'm on the waitlist for has bought between 5-7 spots for himself. whether to sell to friends or more likely for absurd markups it effectively pushes everyone down the waitlist. what if anything can i do about this?
