He never replied to the counter-posts: What kind of noise are you talking about?? Could the new M3 really be worse than the E36? Mine spins at 3200 RPM's just cruising at 70 on the highway; with a tall 6th, I can't imagine the more isolated E46 makes more noise. SHHH: RIXBMW works for AUDI!!!! LOL
