What's really dumb is that if you visit the BMW M3 site on the bmw.com or bmw.ca, you go to "designing the m3" and read the designer interviews.

The dame goes on and on about the brushed AL trim designed by some little place in Italy she found. How quaint. Is this Martha Stewart's dining room or a bloody sports car? First thing that came into my mind was that they'd never have enough trim. It somehow seems to have skipped the minds of the entire M3 development team though.
