Three of the cars had BMW Individual paint or interiors.
The 540i had the Individual Petrol Mica paint, the extended Individual Ecru Nappa Leather interior and fine birch anthracite trim. It also had the following options: Sport Package, clear indicator lenses, electric sport seats, enlarged cooling air inlet and integrated fog lamps. The cost of the options wasn't broken down, but the total package was $9,500. I've checked against BMW Canada's 2001 price list, and have determined that the sports package is $5,400, and the seats are $500. That leaves about $3,600 for the individual paint, interior and trim, as well as the air inlet/fog lamps and clear lenses.
The 740i had the Individual Cream Nappa Leather, and numerous other options. The charge for the Individual leather was only $400 (good news for anyone, like me, who's thinking of an individual interior for the M3).
The 330Ci Cab had an Individual carbon black exterior. Unfortunately, the price for this was not posted (the sticker said only that the cost of the Individual package is "extra").
