WHAT ABOUT THIS COLOR SCHEME!!! (archive)

Considering almost all the colors for the M3 are probably the worste selection I have ever seen for a new launch. Comming in I was set on yellow and blue, since I have owned all red sports car for a while. Well needless to say Pheonix yellow is not even a yellow, and Laguna Seca is awful looking in person. I like crazy colors, but Laguna seca is just plain NASTY in person. I cant imagine how BMW went from the old yellow and Estoril Blue to these two hideous colors. I would Chose Red, but the Imola is very dark in real world lightening (non-car show), bottom line is the bright red is a much better red. There are so many wasted colors offered for the M3. Three blacks?! why! If you want black get Jet Black its by far the best, Carbon black looks like purple medicine I used to take as a Kid under sunlight. So what is one to do, Here is what i am thinking.

I want this car to SCREAM M3, thats why I wanted yellow. Since there is no yellow I was thinking about getting WHITE with IMOLA RED interior. I will also get the M3 lightweight Motorsport stickers custom fitted to the front left, and right rear of the car. Then I will have the black gloss trim, (WHICH IS CHEAP AS SHIT I AM SORRY IT IS), have that covered in WHITE leather throught out the car, and have the "M" /// lines in their colors also hand sown into the new white trim, probably have the /// appear above the glove compartment. Then I will put about a $5-6k stereo in the car, any of you who dont know stereos dont waste your time with HARMON KARDON, its absolute junk, one of the worste stereo options ever. Then I will change the wheels, because lets face it they are ugly and every M3 will have them. I havent decided if I will go 18 or 19inch, most likely 5 stars, and I am still undecided if I will have the wheels painted white to match the exterior paint. I am also talking to my accessory place to have the brake callibers painted the 3 /// colors, that might be overboard but I will see how it looks, and if it doesnt look good I will paint them Red. Then All I need is a new exhaust system then I am done! $70k later I am done! :)

P.S. Once I get my car which is one allocation away, I am putting it right up for sale for 10k over what I pay. If it sells great I will buy a 911, if not I guess the M3 will do for now.
