Does the fact that the carbon black is metallic aid in its abililty to hide scratches? I have a black car right now and the scratches are so easy to see.

It should be less evident than that of flat jet black but you will still get the swirls due do its darkness. There were some pics flying around here of a CB M3 where you could spot some swirls, can't find it at the moment.
