Come on, most people who owned the E30M3 hated the E36M3 when it came out...too heavy, too refined, too soft, etc. The E36 is a better daily driver, more powerful, less peaky and a more comfortable car than the E30M3.

I think BMW gave the "people" what they wanted; more power (same engine), more comfort, slightly more body differences than the standard e46 (fender flares, etc.).

Therefore, most of the intended customers will be happy?

Alex is not an "intended customer"...too young, too boyracer...that's o.k., that's why they make type-R's and S2000's.

Some people on this board are not suppose to have the E46M3!
