Can you tell me the type (model/number) it needs for my 3.0 CSI and if E 28 or E 24 or 323i can be adjust?

You need what is commonly referred to as a side-loading differential. I believe the original gear ratio for your CSi was 3.25:1. These differentials were only available in E-3, E-9, E-12 or early E-24 (til '82) cars. I don't know which models had the 3.25 gearsets. You could try to get a factory rebuilt from BMW.

E-28 or later E-24 parts are different, as are either E-21 or E-30 323s.

thanks for your answer Bill !
But my question is about auto-lock differential(pont autobloquant in french)

this is for the races...

I know some 323i possess this auto-lock (ref:ZF Lock-O-matic-DL-175)
2 models one in 40% lock and other 25%(models since 1977)...
Is it easy to adapt it??

some E3 or E9, E12,E24,E21,E28 possess auto-lock differential...
I would like to know the reference and if it's possible to put on 3.0 CSI...
