Oktoberfest 2000 As you have probably noticed, the National Committee have organised an Oktoberfest at the National Motor Heritage Centre, Gaydon, Warwicks on the weekend of the 14/15th October 2000. At the present moment we are busy working away to ensure that the Oktoberfest will be a superb weekend out for all the family. The event will primarily consist of a driving skills test on the Saturday (sponsored by Yokohama) and a huge outdoor BMW autojumble. On the Sunday there will be a national concourse with all the numerous trophies on display that the club owns. The concourse will be fully supported by ZYMOL so there will be some nice prizes on offer as well ! We are also in contact with numerous specialists and traders so there should be plenty to spend your money on ! We are also organising some technical seminars that will be held in a lecture room at Gaydon. These seminars will be run over the whole weekend and will cover a variety of topics. We want as many BMW’s there as possible as a show of strength to the National Club & remember it’s your club.
