Steve, the leather is in pretty good shape. It's a little dry, we've lightly treated it once but don't want to overdo it, and there is a hole in the driver's seat where I think the previous owner slid into the seat.

The carpet is pretty trashed, especially where there was water leakage, and the leather shifter boot is torn and needs replacement. I'm probably going to start on some of these cosmetics in a couple of weeks if the car has not sold. It's going up on ebay next week, if it hasn't already.

I've got a list from the local BMW dealer of repair items itemized for one prospective buyer, they were pretty thorough.
