I'm a lawyer, and I can tell you that, assuming you owe Mikhail no money, this became theft when you requested your car back and were refused. Report it to the police immediately, and to your insurance company. You don't know what's happening to your car while these criminals have it, or even whether it's still in the country. Act immediately, and if the police can't compel these clowns to give you your car, you will have to hire a lawyer and sue them both.
