I recently finished a thorough borescope inspection of my car (72 CSi) I do not have any external rust or rot. I did find some patchy surface corrosion (using the borescope) in the area just in front of the doors and where the windshield support meets this area. I gained access through some previous owner installed front kick panel speaker holes, I also travelled up into the area from the wheel well. What I am wondering is what I can do (if anything) to the areas since I can't really attack it by mechanical means short of removing body panels. Should I use a rust eater/converter product.thanks

GREAT use for a bore scope!! No e9 will ever be "rust free" gain if folks start looking with a borescope.
I would be tempted to shoot some phosphoric acid in there (DuPont MetalPrep), rince it with distilled water, and dry it in a VERY warm shop quickly to minimize re-rusting, then atomize self etch zinc chromate primer (DuPont 615S or equivalent) in there under high pressure on some kind of wand. (Don't breathe the stuff, BTW.)
You could use Waxoyl or ACF 50 (or the like) aircraft anticorrosion mist, but they might make it difficult later to get in and thoroughly repair the areas. Waxoyl burns really well when heated with welding later on, and nothing will stick to it, either.
