"stolen" car update (archive)

A few weeks ago I had posted a message looking for Mikhail Brensenden (Alpine Motorsport) because he had my car, to do some suspension upgrades, and had apparently disappeared. I am writing now for two reasons, one to thank everyone who responded, and two, to say that I found the car finally, it was sitting in the back of a dirty body shop with the front end caved in. I don't think I need to spell out the moral of this story. I just wanted my fellow CS and BMW owners to be aware. There are bad guys in our midst, be careful who you trust.
