3.5 CSL Question (archive)

I'm in Sydney, and at a petrol station/garage where I occasionally fill up there is a 3.5CSL which has been standing in, or around the workshop for a few months now.

Haven't seen the owner, but the guy at the counter says he's spent AU$65k on it, and is selling it for around AU$45k (I think the US$ is about 2 Australian at the moment).

I have never seen one of these cars in the flesh before, but from the info I've gathered on the net, it seems that all of these models were fully bodykitted, and this one looks fairly bare. I'm not sure of the differences between the CS'es and I'd like to know whether this is the genuine article... Any info?
