there is NO 3.5 litre CSL. The only CSL's with 3.5 litre engine were race CSL's. Before to start with suppositions (is could be a badge etc...) I would simply advise to proceed with elementar controls : is it a LHD or a RHD car ? How do the seats look like ? How do the wheels look like ? How do the bumpers look like (if any ?)How does the steering wheel look like ? Check the color of the "roof cloth" (it is inside the car but you easily can see it through the windows)and tell us how does it look like. Finally if you see the owner ask him the chassis number : if it doesn't begin with 2210xxx (very few chances) 2211xxx 2212xxx 2285xxx 2275xxx 4355xxx then forget the idea to buy a "good 3.5 litre CSL"!!! if the chassis number begins with such a number then let us informed and we will see !!!
