it is true that a 2800 will only go about 118 mph instead the much more desireable 124, but so what, really? good luck

I have found a 2800 cs without any rust but still need a complete restoration. Its one of the few coupes that I have seen without fender or rocker panel rust. Would it be better to buy this car or a 3.0cs? I haven't seen any 3.0cs without rust, even in California. Just want some opinions.
