I recently had to replace my Borg Warner auto tranny, and opted to stay with the auto since I drive the car everyday and in Los Angeles it is easier with the auto. Anyhow I put in a later ZF three speed and changed the shifter as well in order to get the kill switch and lights to work. I had to customize the consul in order the accept the offset of the shifter and it turned out great. Now the car is gone for a quick silver paint.
