low/high beam light confusion (archive)

Could someone please tell me if both low/and high beam
lights go on when you turn on the high beam switch (in
other words the 4 headlights are turned on) or only the
high beam lights are turned on when you turn on the
high beam switch (oops, sorry for all the redundancy,itīs just that I didnīt know how else to put
forward the problem). Iīll appreciate all the help
you folks can give me.
