All of the old big six M50 motors are the same size ,it's just that the displacement's differ 3.0 3.3 3.5 and euro models, euro's all have bigger displacement's and more horspower, but no modifications have to be done to fit the engine bays the motor mounts are all the samo also,bav,cs,seven & six series......Randy
