The setup on the Coupe I'm driving right now is rather harsh. Bilstein Sports are suspect. No side-to-side herky-jerky, as you'd find with bigger swaybars, but the pummeling over even minor bumps while going in a straight line gets annoying after a while. (Rear subframe bushings are new, so that's not a problem).

Perhaps the light rear end would be better off with softer shocks (Bilstein HD's or Boge, if still available). I subscribe to the big bars/softer shocks school of thought. Stress bar may help, but only marginally compared to the other components IMHO. Your final decision may rest on whether you're looking for daily-driver comfort or track-days-only control. Also consider the condition of roads in your area. Hope this helps.

FYI: the shocks involved in my setup are Bilstein HD not the sports, so I would think that could have some affect on the ride quality.
