After reading this forum for over 6mos, I am feeling very lucky indeed. I have a 72 3.0CSA with 30,000 original miles, no rust, and everyone who sees the car remarks that it still smells new. It actually does. Never seen snow, very little rain, and always garaged in a dry climate. Problem is, it is an automatic. Now my dilemma. I would really like to change it to a 5 speed. How difficult is this, and would it be sacrilegious. I am torn between keeping original and making modifications that improve driveability and performance. Those in the know please advise. It has recently seen 132MPH according to the speedo, and there was just a little left at 6500 rpm.

Silly rabbits, cs's are for driving, modify at will....
