If you go to the Mesa Performance site, theres a comment that if the window doesn't work, "hit the sucker(motor)". I tried that with my inoperative passengers window and sure nuff it worked. Albiet it's slow and needs some future work but it now operates when it wouldn't budge before.

Neither of my rear windows worked until last Sunday. Optimistically, I try the buttons every now and again and miraculously the left one went slowly down. Cool. Fingers crossed for the right.
