Neither of my rear windows worked until last Sunday. Optimistically, I try the buttons every now and again and miraculously the left one went slowly down. Cool. Fingers crossed for the right.

Don't forget that their is fuseable switches on the 3.0 74 and up under the steering wheel on the kick panel, sometimes it trips when too much load has been used, one is for the front windows and the other is rear windows.
to make the windows work faster you can apply white lithium grease on the window tracks also spraying a little WD40 on the motor armature realy helps a lot and use a little piece of 400 grit wet/dry mica paper on the comutator/armature of the motor while operating the switch this will clean it up and will work much faster afterwards
