I believe they are. As per the HTK, the part numbers for the passenger side mirror is
51 16 1 807 702
That is the mirror itself, which is the same as the E3. You will also need a seal to seal it to the body.
51 16 7 766 014
According to the HTK it is NLA, but I have purchased 2 new ones to install on my mutant project.
