This looks like a stock early euro 2002 steering wheel. Could be an optional assesory steering wheel for a CS though.
One sold on ebay for about $50 1 month ago.
If it's in vgc email me an I might buy it for $40

I've got one on a '74 Euro 3.0 and one on a '71 Euro 2800 CS. I believe they are both the originals. I saw an article in a back issue of The CS Register in which the same wheel was on a 2800 CS, but it was a replacement from a tii (Euro?). You are correct in that the Bav button fits as they appear to be the same. RB
