mrs. onassis owned that car in the 70's. if she had owned it during her husband's presidency it would be one thing, but my guess is the fact that her posterior once graced the driver's seat won't add up to much, ultimately.
it's just become a "hot potato" for the new owner to try to flip to the next speculator.
a car like hitler's is significant and worthy of a museum because it was used during his most noteworthy years.
also, hitler's m-b was a helluva car that would be extremely valuable even if it weren't owned by hitler.

P.S. i saw the 3.0S in question and it was nothing special. the ONLY thing special about it was the previous ownership.
